G80-1000 HFD

This has to be one of the more rare Cherry boards out there. The G80-1000 has been Cherry's first keyboard for the mass market back in 1988. Until a little while ago I convinced they only ever existed with black switches, turns out I was wrong!
This one was made in 1995, so I am not sure if they have always been available with MX Blue switches or if they just became available in the mid 90s. The G80-1000 has been slowly disappearing starting as early 1990, when the cheaper and more modern-looking G80-3000 series appeared.
Unlike the 1000 series, the G80-3000 always has been available with all three switch options. Old Cherry catalogs suggest that the G80-1000HFD might have been only available through direct order/special order, since it is not listed in any of them.
